America's Armed Forces defend our nation
against terrorism on
foreign
soil, I humbly
ask all my friends and neighbors here
at home to
pray for their
mission, their
safety and their families. Please join me
in
praying that they
wrap themselves in
the Armor of God and find both
strength
and refuge in
Christian scripture, as
well as peace and
confidence through faith
in Our Lord.
Here at home we remain
proud and free because of the selfless
sacrifice of
Patriots -- American Soldiers,
Sailors, Airmen, Marines and
Coastguardsmen – who have stood bravely in
harm's way, and remain
on post today.
For
this, I humbly ask that you join with me
in praising our veterans and
offering our
heroes your heartfelt prayers and gratitude.
